Modern Asian Clubhouse
The modern tropical feel is instantly felt in the main lobby with its sleek, clean lines amidst the natural beauty of trees seemingly jutting out of the structure. Like the plantations of old, the clubhouses and restaurants are built low, spilling over into the natural environment and exaggerating the extensive open space, and so as not to dampen the residents’ view of the surrounding tranquility.
The sprawling clubhouse takes its architectural cues from the massive acacias and the smaller trees surrounding it. With ingenuity and expertise, the architectural design of the main clubhouse is purposely built around the natural foliage, seemingly wrapped around it, with wooden decks surrounding the bungalow, allowing an unhindered view of the Mactan Channel.
Lagoon Swimming Pool with Bar
Adding to the natural beauty of the landscape is a 3,550 sq.m. lagoon pool of varying depths, with a relaxing view of the sea and the beach from one end, and the modern linear clubhouse and restaurant from another.
Nestled comfortably on a huge rock formation on the 200-m pristine white sand beachfront will be a modern restaurant sitting right on the shore offering both al-fresco and indoor dining. Sand-shade decking leading up to the restaurant mimics the sand, not deviating with timber and wood, so as to preserve the feel of sand and shore.

Wednesday, 16th of December, 2015Real Estate Developer, Tytans Properties and Development Inc. has embarked on a pioneering project, Tambuli Seaside Living. Tytans Properties and Development Inc is a proudly Cebuano developer headed by its President, Mr. Gerard Tan and Chairman, Mr. Montano Ty.
Among those with the fondest memories of Tambuli is its Chairman, Mr. Montano Ty. Mr. Ty brings to the forefront his expertise in high-end residential development, being the President of Green Peaks Development Inc., developer of the exclusive 27-storey condominium, “The Padgett Place” in Lahug, Cebu City.

Both astute businessmen, the partners found no difficulty finding good business sense when the opportunity for acquiring the 11 hectare property was presented. Undoubtedly home-grown Cebuano, Mr. Tan shares that the value that comes with owning the iconic beach side property is priceless, further stressing that the mere mention of Tambuli evokes memories among Cebuanos and local tourists who have had their share of memorable summers and holidays at the former Tambuli beach club, arguably the place to be in the 70s and 80s.
With the vision of its founders of providing a serene, tranquil beach front living nestled comfortably within the lush confines of extravagant natural greenery, Tambuli Seaside Living is not just another destination: it is Home, where paradise greets you at every turn. Come home to Paradise. Come home to Tambuli Seaside Living.

The Padgett Place Cebu
Address: | Molave St., Lahug, Cebu City |
Developer: | Cebu Green Peaks Development, Inc. |
Marketing: | Duros Land Properties, Inc. |
The Padgett Place Cebu is developed by Cebu Green Peaks Development, Inc., a collaborated venture of Duros Group of Companies chaired by Rafaelito Barino and Montano Ty, President of Tambuli Seaside Living.
The location of the 26-storey condominium was home to an American industrialist named John Cyrus Padgett who retired to the island after a distinguished career. The Padgett compound later became the address of some of Cebu’s most distinguished families. Colliers International, an internationally known property manager will manage The Padgett Place Cebu.
The Padgett Place Cebu is marketed by Duros Land Properties Inc (DLPI), a real estate company established in 2011 with Woodland Park Residences in Liloan, Cebu as its flagship subdivision project. DLPI is a member of the Duros Group of Companies, an aggregation of family-owned companies of diversified businesses to include trade, supply and services for the construction, power and food industries in the Philippines.
Currently, Duros is constructing the IEC Pavilion with a seating capacity of 15,000 people in Mabolo, Cebu City.
Architect
Arkinamix, one of Cebu’s premier architectural firms, headed by Alex Medalla, takes the oft beat track, sharing that the natural foliage and the backdrop of sand, sea and sky take centre stage for this design.
Medalla brings with him over 10 years of experience working with top architects in Hong Kong, where residential space is limited, thus, sharpening his skills in efficient space planning. To enhance the landscape design, Tambuli enlists the collaboration of Arkinamix and EA Aurelio Landscape.
