The Padgett Place Cebu is developed by Cebu Green Peaks Development, Inc., a collaborated venture of Duros Group of Companies chaired by Rafaelito Barino and Montano Ty, President of Tambuli Seaside Living.

The location of the 26-storey condominium was home to an American industrialist named John Cyrus Padgett who retired to the island after a distinguished career.
