Villa Ownership Structure

There are no restrictions on foreign ownership at Anamaya Samui – investors may buy in their own names on a 90 years lease (this is 3 x 30 year lease terms back to back) and will also benefit from being given a share of the freehold so they can control their own lease renewals in perpetuity. They will then have full freehold ownership of their villa on their land.

Rental Returns

We know that most people will want one of these superb villas as their primary or secondary home but with the high demand for rental properties in Koh Samui, owners can opt in to rent their villas which we anticipate will generate strong rental returns. The returns are based on the cost of a completed and rental ready villa and demonstrate why Anamaya villas are an attractive investment.
