Villa Management
The Peak offers a range of furnishing packages to meet the needs of villa owners – from basic requirements right up to the villas being fully furnished and “ready to let.” Villa owners can also opt to get in-house villa interiors service that will include fitted wardrobe units and audio visual systems.
The property developer also provides a full villa and rental management service, which can include sales, marketing and bookings, to take care of every aspect of your new villa.
Ownership
For property owners, the developers have put together the most straightforward and secure property ownership structure for foreign investors. This is also the legal structure used by many of the top property developers in Thailand.
With this structure, there is no need for buyers to set up a Thai company which avoids the set up and running costs and associated complications. Buyers take full and direct ownership of their legal interests in their own name.
