Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa Nears Completion – Suites Ready For Occupancy Starting July 2018
The Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa in Phuket, Thailand is on course to commence operations as the project developer reported that “final stages of the development,” are now underway. Suites have been largely completed that owners have been advised they can start moving in July this year.
In the latest project construction update issued by Absolute World Group, company chief Bryan Lunt announced that building activities for the boutique property have entered the last phase en route to the targeted opening, which is set at the start of July 2018.
The penultimate construction report credited the prevalence of good weather for the relative speed that the project’s construction has achieved, adding that the year “2018 has seen some glorious Phuket sunshine.”
With key areas of the building concerns already covered and finished, including the pipework and electricals, Absolute World said the focus will now be trained on the completion of site amenities, which will be bannered by a Deli-themed restaurant called The Kitchen Table and the 180º Wellness Spa. The latter, according to Lunt, will feature Yoga Studio, Gym and Strength Garden.
In addition, Suite owners with children will be delighted to know that the Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa will boast of play area, water slide and games room. These facilities should keep the youngsters sufficiently occupied while staying in what the project’s developer described as Phuket’s “new millionaire row.”
Main Attraction
The biggest news, however, is that the Absolute Twin Sands will be ready for occupancy in the next few months.
“All blockwork and rendering is now complete and the Suites have finished base build, ready to welcome the interior styling,” the construction update indicated.
Along this line, Absolute World had decided to send out the invites for owners and guests to experience the Phuket summer this year, made even more exciting by the promise that the Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa will open its doors on July 1st.
“We will be ready to welcome you to the island of Phuket to enjoy your stay with us. This will provide a perfect opportunity to review your Suite,” the project developer said.
At the same time, Absolute World gave assurance that come July 2018, all Suites in Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa will be ready for private use. However, the company reminded that the attached benefits promised to owners such as getting rental returns will need to happen at a later time, presumably when the project becomes fully operational.
