Extensive work is now underway on the latest premium development by Hong Kong-based entrepreneurs Allan Zeman and Richard Li. Once it begins operation, the Aquella Beach, Golf Resort & Country Club will boast of luxurious living experience right on the Andaman Sea, which will be readily accessible from the project site in Thai Muang, Phang Nga, located south of Thailand.

The Aquella project, according to C9 Hotelworks, will be made possible through the collaboration between Zeman’s Paradise Group and Li’s Pacific Century Premium Developments, thus creating the Pinetree Residences joint venture.

It should be noted that when it comes to luxury development, Zeman is regarded to be among the top players as his company was responsible for the Andara ultra villa resort in Phuket.

The project blueprint for Aquella indicates the construction of gorgeous pool villa residences – to be built in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations – that will be complemented by an in-house spa and wellness centre. Also in the works is the direct access for guests and visitors to enjoy the 2.5 kilometres of white sand beach.

And as part of the early stage of the development, Aquella will likewise feature a par 72, 18-hole golf course that is envisioned to sprawl at approximately 7000 yards, and the same is set to replace the Thai Muang golf course that previously served the area.

Huge Potentials For Phang Nga

The Zeman-Li project is among the solid indicators that Phang Nga is the next tourism and property investment hotspot in Thailand. On the first aspect, the place is highly touted as a natural magnet for international visitors and even with children in tow, the latter likely to be lured in by the main attraction found in the Turtle Sanctuary and a host of other aquatic creatures.

But most importantly for would-be investors, Phang Nga has no accessibility issues given that the Phuket International Airport can be reached easily via the Sarasin Bridge. In the same report, C9 said land prices in the area have been increasing significantly, the upward movement fired up in large part by the Thai government’s plan to build a second Greater Phuket airport facility.

All things considered and with popular Phuket already overflowing, Phang Nga is generally viewed by observers with “positive sentiment,” per the report by C9.
